Our method

To develop the ALL THE WAY training method of the ISP Golf Academy, we started from a double observation:

 

  • To reach high goals, it is absolutely necessary to work hard, to make efforts and sacrifices 

  • One can be talented, technically and physically strong, if one is not capable of performing on D-day, it is useless

  

That is why we invented a unique and original training method in order to defend the two educational values that we commit to teach the young players we coach

Training

  • Regular meetings and specific follow-up of the player by his(her) coach

  • Nutritional follow-up

Yearly schedule

3 hours of golf per day, 1 hour of fitness per day video analysis

  • September -January:

Technical and specifitraining, ground work

6-8 hours/week:  drills, repetition

7-9 hours/week: search for sensations in play

  • February-March

Fixing of the technical work and reinforcement of the game (score, results)

  •  April-June

Adjustment and competition

  • International competetions

Weekly course to improve handicap

  • Grand Prix Competitions

(September, April, May, June)
